Dear Readers,
Well, it is always easy to love someone who loves you, but to love someone who dislike you ( your enemy ) seems " prepoterous" or " Impossible."
But, that is what exactly, true love ( agape ) is all about.
Jesus has set an example for us to follow.
The classic example or parrable is " The Good Samaritan."
A certain lawyer stood up and tested Jesus; and wanting to justify hemself, said to Him, " And who is my neighbour?"
Well, if you are interested, then read the parable in the book of Luke chapter 10 v. 30 - 37.
Now, it is not easy to demonstrate our love to someone who is a stranger, and even more so to an " Enemy."
To overcome this problem, we must learn to " Put ourself in that person shoes."
Once you are able to do that, you will begin to realise and understand his/her position.
After having understand, we must not stop there,
but put our love in action.
We will have to learn to practice this more often, and slowly it will becomes a part of us.
Infact, for those who are 'Christian", this fruit is in them, but we need to cultivate the habit of loving one another as ourselves.
Just like a flower need " Sunlight ", to blossom, we need the Holy Spirit anointing ; allowing the Holy Spirit to works in us.
WALK IN THE SPIRIT!!!! AMEN.
