JESUS IS THE ANSWER

Dear Readers,

Now, as "Good Friday " and " Easter Sunday " draws near; have we ever wonder why we are celebrating them?
What is the true significants of these two days?
Looking at the way some of us celebrated them, the " True " meaning seems to be lost.
Especially, on " Easter Sunday ", we or most people tends to equate it as having 'Easter " eggs.
In retrospect, I was once asked by a friend with regards to :- What do I think is the most important day to me, as a Christian?
Without much consideration, I was quick to replied that everyday is equally important.
However, upon much questioning, I told him that it is "Easter day."
He was puzzled, and he ask me why do I pick this day as the most important?
I simply told him, because that is the day where Christ resurrected...HE IS ALIVE!!!! - BOTH NOW AND FOREVERMORE.Yes, it is " AT THE CROSS ' - THAT HE PAID ONCE AND FOR ALL WITH HIS BLOOD, WHICH IS SHED FOR ALL OF US, SO THAT WE CAN ALL BE SAVED.
It is not by my good works, neither by any other means that I am saved.
So friends, as you celebrate " Good Friday," - REMEMBER HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS and " " EASTER SUNDAY " - REMEMBER HIS RESURRECTION
- HE IS ALIVE!!! HE CONQUERED OVER DEATH, SO THAT WE MIGHT RECEIVED EVERLASTING LIFE.

MATT. 8: 17...THAT IT MIGHT BE FULFILLED WHICH WAS SPOKEN BY ISAIAH THE PROPHET, SAYING ; ' HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND BORE OUR SICKNESS.'

#SO FRIENDS - WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO EARN OUR ' FREEDOM' - OR SALVATION ( GO TO HEAVEN ) - CHRIST PAID IT ALL.
YOU DID NOT HAVE TO SWEAR OR TRY TO PROOF ANYTHING - HE IS THE PROOF, HE IS THE ONE THAT YOU MUST SEEK, I AM JUST A TOOL FOR CHRIST.
FOCUS ON HIM - HE IS THE ONE..... THE ALMIGHTY ONE.
DO NOT HESITATE ANYMORE, COME AND RECEIVE HIS BLESSINGS!!!

It's very disheartening to have a leader who may be a " Christian " for many years, but still walks in the counsel of the ungodly.
This is why when we choose a leader, it is of utmost important to be able to choose a good one.
Now, how then can we choose a good leader , or what are the attributes of a " Good " leader.
The most important aspect is " Love " - love for God and mankind; for justice ( Ps. 37:28 ), righteousness and peace.
A man who seeks GOD FIRST ( Matt. 6:33 ), and eschew evil.
A man who delights in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. ( Ps. 1:2 ; John 14:15 )
A man who delights in the Lord; commit his way to the Lord and Trust in Him. ( Ps. 37:4,5 )

DO YOU LOVE ME?? * FEED MY LAMBS * TEND MY SHEEP * FEED MY SHEEP.
YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART ,WITH ALL YOUR SOUL AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF. MATT.22:37,39

What is love???
The definition of love as defined in a Macmillan dictionary a to be strongly attracted to someone in as emotional and sexual way; to care very much about someone and like or enjoy something.
This definition is not wrong in itself, but it is has a very shallow connotation ( meaning ); a secular sense of understanding.
Some people would like to define love as being able to give; to help someone in need,and to relate deeply in spirit, body and mind ( deeper sense; or more matured )
However, I love the definition as given in the " Word of God " best as it is brings out the TRUE essence of what LOVE is all about.
This is found in the book of 1 Cor. 13. It is being describe as : -
Love suffers long and is kind;
love does not envy ;
love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
does not behave rudely,
does not seek its own,
is not provoked,
thinks no evil;
does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoice in truth;
bears all things,
believes all things,
endured all things.
Love never fails.
Think through the whole definition, analyse them one at a time, and apply it in our lives( most difficult thing to do- but, nothing is impossible, if we perserve, and put our hearts, mind and soul to it; with the strength of God. )
May we be able to show this kind of LOVE to one another.
Jesus has demonstrated that to us; by HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS.
May we learn from His example.
